Who among us isn’t sick to death of the daily gut punch of the news? Who among us doesn’t envision a world where our elected leaders listen to each other and their constituents and work cooperatively together to solve the problems facing us?
Locally, I think we’re fortunate to have two candidates for county council who represent that better world.
My choice is Jennifer Swason. Jennifer’s calm, thoughtful, mature approach to issues and problem solving, coupled with her strong background will serve us well with the difficult decisions facing the council for at least the next couple of years.
