The Orcas Island Education Foundation would like to thank all of the guests who attended our Jun. 3 “Food for Thought” fundraiser. All of you gave generously in support of our public schools. Because of your generosity, you are helping to bring art, theater, dance, science, teacher professional development, scholarships, field trips, and so many other programs to our schools.
We would also like to thank the legion of student, parent, teacher and community volunteers who helped us that evening, as well as a talented team of chefs who provided incomparable desserts. Your efforts made the evening absolutely delightful (and delicious).
Special thank you to Four Winds camp for providing such a spectacular venue, and to Island Market for the donation of wine.
