Due to the current Coronavirus (COVID19) pandemic, we have been reassessing our upcoming events in cooperation with local public health officials, best practices, and our state and local governments.
On Wednesday, I reached out to some of the confirmed attendees, the cosponsors, and the host venue. We discussed the circumstances of the event, and I was encouraged to hear that most of the individuals I spoke with were still eager to participate with the event as planned.
While the majority of folks still want to attend in-person, I want to ensure that everyone is comfortable, so my team and I have made digital accommodations:
