The Orcas Garden Club will feature a talk on Landscape Design, presented by Colleen Howe on Wednesday, January 19, 10 a.m. at the Orcas Center.
Colleen has been the proud owner of Mitchell Bay Nursery on San Juan Island for 15 years. She has a wealth of experience in planting and landscape design particular to the Pacific Northwest. She will be doing an Introduction to Landscape Design.
Her goals are to take the fear out of landscape design and give us the steps to start or renovate beds with shape, color, and a successful design. Please call President Marlyn Myers for more information at 376-6110.
