Cherry Cherry Band Plays Family Concert to Benefit Orcas Rec next Saturday

If you pre-order your medium or larger pizza to Portofino’s on Saturday August 28th, our delightful Orcas Rec kids will deliver your pizza hot and saucy to your picnic blanket while you lean back and enjoy the Cherry Cherry Band knocking out Neil Diamond favorites at the Village Green from 5-7 pm.
Portofino’s will donate 50 cents to Orcas Rec for each pre-ordered pizza, but you must tell them it’s for the Orcas Rec benefit concert so that orders can be tracked accordingly and delivered!
Cherry Cherry is a band from the Seattle area. Eight guys play a collection of Neil Diamond favorites spanning his entire career. The collection of songs from the 60’s and 70’s will delight generations young and old.
That’s how to stream line a great fundraiser for Orcas Rec, settle the chaos, feed the kids, get dinner delivered and enjoy a Saturday evening on the Village Green from 5-7 pm.
Fire Smokehouse and Grill will also be on hand for pulled pork sandwiches and sides, Holly will be serving her Chai tea and a kids favorite, will be Rich and his ice cream truck. If you are looking for snacks we’ll be serving up hot popcorn and sodas too. Participating businesses have generously offered to donate a percentage of the evening sales to Orcas Rec.
Bring your chairs and blankets and come hungry; and remember that all donations benefit the Orcas Rec Program.
