Deputy Bruce Distler, the “Drug Recognition Expert” with the Orcas Island Sheriff’s Office will be the featured speaker at the next monthly meeting of the PTSA on Thursday, April 14, from 3:30 to 5 p.m.

Deputy Distler will give an overview of drug use in our community:  what is being used, what it looks like, and warning signs to look for in your child or other kids (or adults).  The meeting will be held in the school library.

This presentation is for adults only. However, free childcare with pizza for the kids will be provided in another room.
