||| FROM BETHANY MARIE for ORCAS CENTER |||
Watch your friends and neighbors bring classics from The Brothers Grimm to life on Orcas Center’s Main Stage as they go Into the Woods for one final weekend.
Directed by Jake Perrine and starring an all-local cast, Into The Woods is one of Sondheim’s most popular and musically sophisticated works. Watch as everyone’s favorite storybook characters come together for a timeless, yet relevant, piece…and a rare modern classic.
There are just three performances left of this visually stunning, incredibly well acted, musical masterpiece: this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, May 9-11 at 7pm.
Tickets can be purchased online at www.OrcasCenter.org, over the phone at 360-376-2281 x 100, or in-person Tuesday – Friday 10am-3pm, and an hour prior to showtime. Ticket prices range from $18-$63 with a $2 per ticket fee. And don’t
forget, volunteers who help with iPad check-in or serving refreshments at intermission get to see the show for free!

This production is incredible. It’s wonderful to see how beautifully Orcas Center has directed and produced and sung and acted this difficult piece of Sondheim theatre. Do not miss it. We’ll be talking about it for years.
