||| FROM MANDY TROXEL for LUM FARM |||
The Lum Farm Tree Sale is about to begin! Noble, Frasier and Douglas Fir trees from 2 ft. to 10 ft. will be available.
Sales begin Friday, November 29, the day after Thanksgiving. Tree sale hours are Thursday (except Thanksgiving Day) through Sunday, 11am – 4pm at 1071 Crow Valley Rd. while supplies last.
No early birds please – farm chores need to be done before the sale opens each day. We also ask that dogs be kept in vehicles.
The Lum Farmstand will be open during tree sale hours, so please stop by for island-grown meats and goat’s milk cheese and ice cream, as well as an assortment of farm-inspired gifts. Trees are first come first served, but you may order food items online at www.lumfarmorcas.com for pickup at the farm.
On Saturday, December 7th from 11am – 4pm, Lum Farm will host its 5th annual “Wooly Winter Pop Up”. This event features the felted ornaments of Bossy’s Feltworks, Lum Farm sheepskins, and art by members of the Lum Farm crew, including original wool paintings and a new felting kit by Mandy Troxel.
Food for your holiday table, gifts for loved ones and a tree for your home; you can get a lot crossed off that list with one visit to Lum Farm! For more information, please visit www.lumfarmorcas.com or email lumfarmorders@gmail.com.
