||| FROM ANDREA COHEN for ORCAS ISLAND LIBRARY|||

For the month of February, the Orcas Island Library’s ‘Art in the Library’ exhibit will feature the work of the Orcas Island High School art students.

This vibrant display will feature a diverse range of work from the first semester of the school year, created by students at all levels—from beginners to Advanced Placement artists, featuring an exciting mix of media, including photography, traditional drawing, acrylic painting, and innovative design compositions.

In the words of the students’ art teacher, Corey Wiscomb, “We invite you to explore and celebrate the creativity and passion of our students. We hope their art inspires you as much as it has inspired us.

Thank you for supporting the arts in our community—enjoy the show!
