Sage MacLeod (aka Sally Conley) has been helping island families in our community for many years, now she needs help.
After being diagnosed with breast cancer in late August, Sage has undergone surgery and is now receiving daily radiation treatments. The cost of medical expenses, off-island travel, lodging and food have drained her savings account.
This is where you come in. Please make a donation to the Sage MacLeod Medical Account at Islanders Bank. Let’s all give to help someone who has given so much to us.
Thanks to Barbara LaBrash

Our thoughts and Prayers are with you Sage! I hope you feel better soon. May the New Year bring you new hope.
If you could trace the “Butterfly Effect” of success on Orcas Island back to it’s roots, it’s a safe bet that you would find your way back to Sage. Single handedly one of the most important people in the success of children and families on Orcas Island.
Here’s hoping our cummunity can give a little back to get Sage back to doing what she does best – making all of our lives better!
