Orcas Island Chamber of Commerce works to safeguard Trick or Treaters on North Beach Road

||| FROM ORCAS CHAMBER OF COMMERCE |||

Come celebrate Halloween on Monday, October 31 in Eastsound. The Chamber of Commerce wants to make sure we all keep an eye out for little goblins and ghouls as they wander around town, filling baskets with treats from local businesses.

We remind everyone that some shops may not be comfortable with large groups entering. Look for signs at businesses that might help keep crowds to a minimum. And if you aren’t feeling well, please consider staying home.

Also, the Chamber is working with San Juan County to help reduce traffic on North Beach Road. Between the hours of 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. no new traffic will be allowed to enter North Beach at Main Street and at A Street. Cars that are parked on the Road may exit carefully during that time.
