Orcas Island Children’s House is selling coupon books, featuring more than $500 in discounts offered by local businesses. Go Orcas! includes nearly 75 coupons (valid until June 2018) featuring savings on dining, entertainment, recreation, retail/gifts, lodging and services. Priced at $20 each, the coupon book pays for itself in as little as one or two uses.
Executive Director Susan Anderson notes many of the businesses featured in the book are owned by people who have children or grandchildren at Children’s House or they have attended Children’s House themselves. “It’s such a natural way for us to support our families, community and promote local businesses.”
