Today is the day! Since 2013, the Orcas Island community has come together to contribute an impressive $3 million during Spring GiveOrcas. You’ve invested in preserving historic community buildings, made sure seniors have plenty of activities to connect, brought artistic visions to life for all to enjoy, unlocked access to outdoor education, ensured no family goes without nourishing food and hygiene supplies, supported the development of affordable homes, saved wildlife and protected shorelines, and so much more.

All ages are welcome to celebrate spring and meet the 31 nonprofits taking part in Spring GiveOrcas. Light bites, beverages, kids’ art activities, music, and lots of community joy will be provided. We even have fun games planned that will give you a chance to win additional funding for your favorite grantees!
Help us put the fun in fundraising with the following events and game days!
Unique Donor Day – May 14
The grantee who has the most unique online donations will receive $1,000 from OICF. Second place winner receives $500 and third place winner receives $250.
OICF Booth at the Farmers Market – May 16
Visit us to spin the wheel for a chance to win prizes for your favorite nonprofits!
FunDay Monday – May 18
Three weekend donor names from Saturday, May 16 to Sunday, May 17 will each receive $250 from OICF to make a donation to the grantee of their choice.
Ben Franklin Day – May 19
The grantee with the most $100-donors on May 19 will receive $1000 from OICF. Second place winner receives $500 and third place winner receives $250.
The Final Hours of Giving – May 21
During the following hours, OICF will draw random donors, and boost their gift by $250, to the same organization as their donation: Sunrise Prize, 6:00-7:00 am, Lunch Hour Prize, 12:00-1:00 pm, Happy Hour Prize, 5:00-6:00 pm, Night Owl Prize, 9:00-10:00 pm.
