Brook Meinhardt with her mixed-media portrait of Abe Lincoln
The members of The Gallery in Eastsound are excited to welcome a new member, Brook Meinhardt. Brook has been a freelance illustrator with work appearing in many national newspapers and magazines. Her feature work is a large three-dimensional, mixed-media portrait of Abraham Lincoln.
The new show at The Gallery includes the work of several local artists, many of whom have been painting together for years.
The opening reception will be Friday, June 12 from 5 to 7 p.m.
The Gallery is located at 374 North Beach Rd., Eastsound. Hours: Wed. thru Sat 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
