From the Friends of the Orcas Island Library
The WINTER BOOK SALE is almost here. The Friends of the Orcas Island Library’s annual Winter Book Sale will be held February 25, from 10 am to 2 p.m. in the cafeteria of the Orcas Island Public School.
We have a great selection of used books this year. Art books galore, children’s books aplenty, plus oodles of mystery, fiction, classics, and poetry, scores of boating and sports books and how-to books as well.
Our history section out did itself this year along with the memoirs and biographies. And check out our Collectors Corner of rare and expensive books.
All books are $2 for hardbacks and $1 for paperbacks. Come and get a jump on your summer reading.
For more information, call 376-4985, or go to www.orcaslibrary.org and got to the “Friends” link.
