Happy Spring! The Floating Ukulele Jam is back! Grab your uke, your voice, a song or two to share, and your friends and relations and join us on the interisland ferry on the traditional Third Thursday – April 17.
Boat is scheduled to depart Friday Harbor at 5:40pm, Orcas at 6:55pm, Shaw at 7:10pm. Please help spread the word to the other islands!
Don’t have a uke? Just come and sing, request a song, or listen in. Don’t have a song to share? Come and play and sing, we’ll teach you some. No friends or relations to bring along? Come make some! We’ll see you on board – let’s play!
We’re planning to Uke Float in April and May, then the ferry schedule changes and the summer sailings don’t work. So join in now and next month, and hopefully we will be able to reconvene in the fall!
