Results from today’s special election have been posted on the website of the San Juan County Auditor’s Office. With a county-wide voter turnout rate of 36.28%, and only 600 ballots remaining to be counted, it appears the Orcas Island Orcas Island School Dist #137 Proposition No. 1 – Technology Capital Projects Levy has been approved by 68.17% (1,245 in favor, and 579 opposed) of participating voters.
