Special Meeting – This is a special meeting. The Secretary informed the Commission that the notice requirements of RCW 42.30.080 have been met by email transaction of a notice of this meeting to the Islands Sounder and Orcas Issues, and posting of such notice in the lobby of the Eastsound Fire Station, and on the District’s website. Such notice was posted on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at the Eastsound Fire Station 21 on 45 Lavender Lane, Eastsound, WA, 98245, and specified the time and place of this special meeting and the business to be discussed.

Each Commissioner has either received or waived notice pursuant to such statute. Meeting was called by the Board of Fire Commissioners Chair, Wesley Heinmiller (Chair). Commissioners Wesley Heinmiller (Chair), Barbara Bedell, Amanda Montague, Tim Fuller, and Jim Helminski, Marla Johns, Acting District Secretary, Chief Scott Williams, Orcas Island Fire and Rescue staff, and the community.
