Vehicle reservations for the fall 2025 schedule (Sept. 21 through Dec. 27) will be available at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, August 5. To ensure a smooth and fair experience during this high-demand period, we will also continue using a virtual waiting room during the reservations release.
Reminder for Anacortes/San Juan Islands:
- We are starting a NEW schedule for the fall sailing season.
- The two-week and two-day reservation releases will remain at 7 a.m.
Coming soon to Port Townsend/Coupeville – An updated ticketing and reservations system
We’re updating our ticketing and reservations systems to make your ferry experience faster and easier. The types of tickets we offer and the way vehicle reservations work will stay the same, but the online tools will have a more modern, user-friendly design.
The Port Townsend/Coupeville route will be the first to use the new system, starting as soon as this fall. Once the system is fully running on that route, we’ll roll it out to other routes, with Anacortes/San Juan Islands planned for winter 2025.
Customers don’t need to do anything right now other than save the new reservation release dates. We’ll share more about the new system in August, including info on how to use it and how to give feedback.
