The Orcas Island Community Church is all decked out for our annual free Fall Carnival on Tuesday, October 31 from 5 to 7 p.m. As you’re trick-or-treating around Eastsound, stop by to join in the fun.
Everyone who attends will be given a sack of tickets that can be used for various activity booths and food items. The kitchen will serve fruit, hot dogs, nachos, hot apple cider and popcorn; we’ll be spinning sugar into cotton candy on a stick; and kids can have their faces painted and play fun games run by local volunteers – like gourd bowling, Bingo, a cupcake walk, “fishing” and others.
There are plenty of treats to be won at the games.
