(Additional note: To clarify any misunderstanding, this EWUA meeting is a special meeting organized by EWUA members themselves. The EWUA board chose not to have a special meeting this month to address a difficult issue. The coming meeting this Wednesday at the OPAL meeting room 5:30pm is NOT one organized or endorsed by the EWUA board. Any concerned EWUA member may attend. It is a meeting for problem solving – not for contentiousness.)
We are holding a meeting of concerned EWUA members this Wednesday at 5:30 at the OPAL meeting room in order to discuss the letter many of you may have received regarding extra half meter fees and additional water fees for any guest units you may have on your property. We will discuss the related problems over the lack of transparency that has transpired since 2009 bylaws radically changed original bylaws. It is our membership that created and pays for this association so we need to take responsibility for how it is run, especially when we think something is amiss.
The building where we are meeting is located right at the corner of Lovers Lane and the Enchanted Forest Rd. Please be prompt.
If you cannot come but wish to have input on your concerns, please write a letter and/or attend the regular EWUA monthly board meeting on Tuesday Nov. 18th at 5:30pm (same location). If you wish to speak at that Board meeting on Nov. 18th you MUST contact the EWUA office at 376-2127 to request a slot of time during that board meeting.
