On 11/2/2022 , Eastsound Water Users Association (EWUA) announced that membership voting for three Board of Director’s seats has begun. Online ballots were sent on November 1, 2022 to all members with email accounts on file. Paper ballots will be mailed to members who do not.
“We are very excited to have this year’s Eastsound Water Board of Directors election,” said Steve Smith, the current President of the Association. “We have three slots available and five qualified members running, so this will be an exciting race to watch. We thank all of our members who vote in this and each of our Board of Director elections. The people our members choose will be responsible for shaping the future of the water system and the organization as a
whole for decades to come.”
Eastsound Water is a nonprofit member cooperative and member vote is greatly appreciated. If you are a member, you should have received a ballot at your email address on file. If you did not get that email, please email president@eastsoundwater.org to have an electronic ballot resent.
Our members are welcome to attend our in-person meeting which will be held on November 15, 2022, 4-6 p.m. at the Orcas Island Senior Center.
