Eastsound Planning and Review Committee (EPRC) will meet from 3:00 to 4:30 pm Orcas Senior Center. Acting Chair Bob Connell has noted that it is likely there will not be a quorum at this session.
On the agenda are public comment and additions to the agenda; review of the August meeting minutes, discussion of the two open EPRC positions, review and discussion of the EPRC’s position on the Country Corner LAMIRD ( including setting a date to submit opinion to the Planning Commission), start an EPRC discussion about the Critical Areas Ordinance, and review of the 2009 EPRC Priorities.
The workplan for these priorities will be updated:
- Access to Madrona Point
- Signs and maps of trails
- Streetscape and on-street parking
- Mount Property and Swale Advisory
- Sec. 16.55.130C5 Community input
