A Women’s Wellness Retreat with Joleen Kelleher will come to Janice Richardson’s Dragonfly Garden in Deer Harbor the weekend of July 24, 25, 26. The retreat is entitled, “Intentionally Living the Life You Love – The Process of Waking Up.”

Kelleher has presented talks and workshops for the Saturday Sunrise Talks in the Garden for many years. This is her first weekend retreat. “Through the gifts of her beautiful insights and knowing, we will learn how to manifest change in ourselves,” says Richardson.

— Understand your emotional anatomy
— Find and work with your emotional energy centers
— See how emotions direct your energy, actions or reactions
— Discover what is creating energy blocks in your lives
— Help order your thoughts and harmonize feelings

Kelleher will be working with intentions and affirmations and putting individual flower essences together for each person based on what happens for them during the weekend. There will be meditation so participants are advised to bring a yoga mat or blanket and a journal for writing and drawing.

Kandis Susol will open the weekend retreat with a Japanese Tea Ceremony. Richardson will provide vegetarian meals with many fresh vegetables and berries from the organic Dragonfly Garden. Sites for camping are available around the perimeter of the garden.
