Beginning August 4th, Dr. Rosie Kuhn will be facilitating an early morning meditation called Divine Dialogs. The intention of this three week event (M-F) is to bring together a community of people committed to developing and practicing dialoging with their Divine Selves.
A short daily hour and fifteen minute meditation and discussion will bring clarity of commitment of your spiritual practice, avenues for potential practices to be one’s higher self, and how to create deep dialog with you as a Divine Being. Silent meditation, some instruction, dialog, and quiet space to engage with yourself.
Dr. Rosie Kuhn integrates her work in spiritual guidance and life coaching into these sessions, assisting participants in exploring their own unique relationship with their Divine Self. The foundations of her work comes out of years of experience in the field of addiction and recovery, where she herself realized that life as a human being requires all of us to inquire into ourselves how we’ve come to choose to choose what we choose.
“We are so brilliant in the way we disguise our fears,” says Dr. Rosie. “And, we are brilliant enough to actually witness ourselves in our strategies to avoid and distract ourselves for our daily angst and pain, and to use our brilliance to choose other options. We can create a life that is free of pain and anxiousness. It doesn’t take much, really. Just a bit of time and commitment to explore and discover who we are, and begin to enjoy the many ways to engage in a personal dialog with our Divine Self.”
“Most of us are scared out of our pants to discover the incredible potential within each of us. I know,” says Rosie. “I’ve only begun to teach this process because I had to experience it for myself. And, not only that, I’ve had to live it, much like a scientific experiment; to make sure that only through direct experience can one truly realize their truth. This is a very good thing for all of us.”
