Deer Harbor Plan Review Committee (DHPRC) has scheduled a meeting on Wednesday, December 11. The group will meet in the Deer Harbor Fire Station at 4 – 5:30 p.m.

Call to Order

Establish a quorum

Approval of the minutes from November 13, 2019. .

Chair: Recognize public attendees. Members of the public are invited to participate in committee discussions. Chair will recognize speakers.

Old Business/Committee Updates

  1. Hamlet Pathways & addition parking—Update if any from subcommittees.
  2. Pathway signs—Kevin Ranker
  3. Approve draft of letter to the county council regarding the cost of shoreline permitting for non-motorized pathways.
  4. Changes to the DH Hamlet Comprehensive Plan—AnneMarie
  5. Approve draft of Committee’s annual report to the county
