The meeting of the Deer Harbor Plan Review Committee, scheduled for Wednesday, October 11 from 4 – 5:30 p.m. at the Deer Harbor Fire Station will focus on the following topics:

  1. Pathways:
    a. Timeline for the work on the pathways, status of permit process, public meetings- Colin Huntemer
    b. Status of the bench in the new park, soil for the pocket park-Colin Huntemer
    c. Status of Lodging Tax Grant- 2017 & 2018- Sheila Gaquin
  2. Bridge: Status of the stripe for the pedestrian walkways on the bridge, parking at the bridge-Colin Huntemer
  3. Waldon Parking: Parking plans for the Upper Deer Harbor Road-Colin Huntemer
  4. Screening of Utility Boxes: Communication with OPALCO, Rock Island and CenturyLink about screening the utility area- Wes  Heinmiller
  5. Deer Harbor Parking Plan: Discussion about information needed to create a DH parking plan.
  6. Comprehensive Planning: Update first SJC Comprehensive Plan meeting- Anne Marie Shanks
