||| FROM SAN JUAN COUNTY COMMUNICATIONS |||
Have you ever said, “I didn’t hear about that” or “I wish I knew about it sooner” when it comes to County projects? In an effort to continuously improve communications, the County wants to hear from you!
San Juan County is launching a Communications Survey to understand how residents engage with the news around them. Where do you get your news? How would you like to provide input on County projects and initiatives? How can the County’s communications better reach you? The anonymous survey takes only five to eight minutes and will help the County tailor its communications methods to fit your needs.
You can take the survey online in English or Spanish (coming soon). If you are having trouble accessing the survey online (engage.sanjuancountywa.gov/communications-survey), please call 360-370-7404 to ask for assistance in taking the survey in another format.
The survey results will be compiled and analyzed to help develop a more strategic communications program.
Questions? Contact: Erin Andrews, Communications Coordinator erina@sanjuancountywa.gov, 360-370-7404.

I just wasted my time taking the survey and was at 80% completed when it went to the last part, section 5 and then all of a sudden it goes back to section 1 and all my previous answers were blank.
I’m sorry it didn’t work for you Darlene. it worked fine for me. I hope that people are not dissuaded from taking the survey as a result of your comment.
I completed the survey successfully. I am not surprised that Darlene encountered a problem because San Juan County’s website needs improvement. Specifically, it needs a functional search engine that produces results relevant to the key word or words that you enter. I also clicked on a Code Publishing link for San Juan County building codes that produced nothing.
It is important to try again to complete the survey.
Your voice matters, Darlene!
