Recently, I heard that construction workers from the mainland are considered ‘essential’ workers on the April Grove project. Doesn’t this elevate the chance the virus could be brought here by workers who are infected but asymptomatic? Is the completion of that project more important than the health of the population of Orcas Is. residents? Comment?
