The Community Conversations Blog is now open to discuss questions about the county-wide “Economy and Jobs.” We will incorporate all the blog comments into the notes recorded at the meetings this week. So if you are not able to attend any of the meetings this week (Tuesday on Orcas, Wednesday on Lopez, Thursday on San Juan), please make use of the blog to share your ideas. The blog will be open through next Thursday, the 11th, when we will reset the blog for the final conversation topic on “Priorities of Government.”
We have also made some minor changes to the slideshow since it was first posted, so you may wish to go to the Background Documents page and take a fresh look.
We hope to have a strong turnout for this week’s meetings. Please tell your friends and neighbors and encourage them to attend or participate on the blog.
