||| FROM  NICOLE BRADLEY for SUMMIT ASSISTANCE DOGS |||

Summit Assistance Dogs cordially invites you to come meet our newest litter of puppies! Yoshi, Yancy, and Yukon were raised on Orcas Island until 8 weeks of age and they are back for a visit on January 20, 2024 at the Orcas Island Library.

Learn about the amazing journey these pups are about to embark on at Summit Assistance Dogs, an organization that creates life-changing partnerships for people living with disabilities. The “tails” we have to tell will leave you feeling “pawsitively” inspired!

Date: Saturday, January 20, 2024
Time: 12 pm – 1 pm
Location: Orcas Island Library Community Room, 500 Rose Street Eastsound

Hear from Sue Meinzinger, founder and executive director of Summit Assistance Dogs and Jody Fox, Orcas Island resident and Summit volunteer litter raiser. Admission is free, so bring a friend or family member. Dog treats are welcome too!

“I look forward to that great moment when I see one of my dogs grown up and working. As a puppy raiser, I get to love the puppy, set it up to succeed and guide it as it begins its life-changing journey.” – Jody Fox & Maggie, Orcas Island
