At 8 a.m. on Wednesday, November 21, 2012, San Juan County Sheriff Deputies were dispatched to a one-car motor vehicle crash in the 2600 block of Crow Valley Road on Orcas Island. Responders found a 2010 Hyundai Accent crashed into a tree. The vehicle was unoccupied.
