OICMF Musician-in-Residence Rachel Buchman
Music, singing and fun take center stage at the Orcas Island Chamber Music Festival Children’s Concert at Orcas Center on Wednesday, August 14th at 10am.
Leading up to the concert, popular storyteller and OICMF Musician-in-Residence Rachel Buchman is bringing her enthusiasm to the four Orcas preschools, teaching songs to be featured at the concert.
Children of all ages are welcome to attend this entertaining concert, which Rachel leads and welcomes musicians who are performing during the Festival.
Following the concert, there are lots of healthy and sweet treats ready in the Madrona Room. Preschools have reserved tickets in advance. For all other children and parents, please reserve your FREE tickets online at www.oicmf.org or call the Festival Office at 376-6636.
Oh! to be a child again, or at least to be the date of a child with a ticket to Rachel’s concert and training. Everyone will have such a good time, as well as learning about music and songs. This is a don’t miss event!
