“A nation that continues year after year to spend more money on military defense than on programs of social uplift is approaching spiritual death.” – Martin Luther King, Jr.

A Community Event Celebrating the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. will be held on Sunday, Jan. 19, 2:30-4:30 pm at Emmanuel Parish Hall, 242 Main Street, Eastsound

Join us for deep sharing, reflection, discussion, and music to honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s life and legacy, and to help guide us moving forward in this new year and turbulent time.
