The black bear that was last seen on Orcas Island, has now been spotted in the Hillview Terrace area of San Juan Island.
The Department of Fish and Wildlife has been notified. He doesn’t appear to be aggressive, but instead interested in bird feeders and garbage cans.
The Sheriff’s Office asks that if you see the bear to please contact us at 360-378-4151.
