||| FROM MANDI TROXEL for LUM FARM |||

Lum Farm at Coffelt Farm Preserve invites you to celebrate Spring with our newest crop of babies! A much-adored and adorable yearly tradition, “Baby Saturdays” will be March 30th and April 6th from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm., Islanders (and visitors) of all ages are invited to come bask in the sun (hopefully) alongside this season’s new arrivals at Lum Farm.

Expect to see piglets, chicks, lambs and goat kids. There will be an expanded petting zoo for some up-close time with our most amiable goats and sheep. The Lum Farmstand will be open and stocked with fresh cheese from our dairy, as well as meats, ice cream and wool gifts, all produced on the farm.

This event is free, but donations are gratefully accepted. Please leave your dogs at home (or in your vehicle). Parking is limited; carpool if possible. There is no parking along the county road.

Lum Farm would like to offer much appreciation to Irina Menshutkina, Jennifer Krajicek and Sarah Layman for co-sponsoring this event and providing this gift to our community.

Regular Lum Farmstand hours are currently Thursdays through Saturdays, noon to 5pm. Online ordering and week-long contactless pickup is available.
