I’m writing to let you know that I’m putting a pause on As the Paradigm Shifts.

I’m so grateful that you all have received my writing with an open heart. Those of you who have emailed me, left comments, or stopped me in the parking lot to let me know that you read and appreciate my offerings, well it’s kept me going for almost two years! That’s a pretty good run.

I love when inspiration strikes, and I almost have to run to my computer to get down what’s coming. I love thinking about you and how you might receive what is always personal and mostly universal for us humans. I love the wee bit of angst that occurs just before I send my piece off to Lin. I love that Lin has been so receptive of what I’m bringing to theOrcasonian. All in all, writing this column is a labor of love!

Recently, I’m finding though that the inspirations aren’t coming as effortlessly as they have. It might be some of the other projects I have on the go, but I think I just might be tired. I need a little break. How long that break will be, I have no idea. I just know I’m saying yes to the break!

My fingers are crossed that I’ll be back to you with more inspired writing sooner rather than later. Until then, thank you for all your loving support.
