The Visual Arts Committee (VAC) of Orcas Center and The Exchange are coming together to celebrate creative recycling on Orcas Island!
Join us for a community art opening and fashion show comprised of re-purposed materials on Friday, September 1 starting at 5:30pm at Orcas Center.
