15-006761 Animal at Large 15:02:21 11/18/15
I was dispatched to a call in reference to a dog defecating on the playground of a school on San Juan Island. The owner of the dog was contacted and asked to control his dog and pick up after it by school employees. An animal at large warning letter was given to the dog’s owner.

15-006770 Suspicious Person/Circumstance 07:50:57 11/19/15
On 11-19-2015, I checked on an abandoned vehicle on Carter Avenue. Subsequent investigation showed the vehicle has license plated that did not belong to this vehicle. Owner of the plates does not know how his plates ended up on a vehicle he does not own. Case Active
15-006776 Theft 15:50:42 11/19/15
On Thursday 11-19-2015 a Friday Harbor resident reported her cell phone was lost/stolen from the area of the Post office. Sheriff’s deputies recovered the phone and returned it to the owner.

On 11-19-15 at 1917 hours A Deputy in Friday Harbor received a report of a welfare check in the 200 block of Tucker Ave.

On 11/20/15 a SJC Deputy took a report of a suspicious circumstance that occurred at a Rosario property on Orcas Island. Based on the information, no crimes have been committed, but information has been shared.

On November 20, 2015, a Lopez deputy was contacted about a suspicious person at
a house for sale.
15-006800 Wanted Person 21:34:13 11/20/15
Deputies responded to the Holly place Neighborhood in Friday Harbor to search for a wanted subject. While in the area they located another male subject that was wanted for escape.

15-006801 Accident-Injury, Traffic 00:57:22 11/21/15
On 11-21-15 at 0057 hours a Deputy in Friday Harbor received a report of a traffic collision in the 1600 block of Beaverton Valley Rd. The driver of the vehicle was arrested for DUI.
15-006804 Malicious Mischief 09:26:18 11/21/15
On 11/21/15 I was dispatched to the Friday Harbor area in reference to a Malicious Mischief. I arrived and contacted the caller, who advised me that an unknown subject had been in the underground parking area and had messed with some items stored there.
15-006806 Wanted Person 10:15:08 11/21/15
On 11/21/15 the reporting deputy made contact with a person who had active warrants from both San Juan Superior and District Courts. The person was taken into custody and transported to San Juan County Sheriff’s Office. The person was booked on the warrants.
15-006807 Animal at Large 11:36:52 11/21/15
On 11/21/15 a SJC Deputy responded to an animal problem in Eastsound. Further investigation revealed that a known dog had gone onto a persons property and barked and growled at them. The case is under further investigation.

On November 22, 2015 a Lopez deputy was dispatched to a CPR in progress call. The subject, a 73 year old Lopez woman, was determined to be deceased.

15-006832 Accident-Injury, Traffic 04:52:12 11/23/15
On 11-23-15 at 0452 hours a Deputy in Friday Harbor received a report of a traffic collision on Bailer Hill Rd. at Douglas Rd. The driver of the vehicle was transported to the hospital and was later arrested for DUI.
15-006839 Vehicle Theft 12:11:25 11/23/15
On 11/23/15 the victim reported a Vehicle Theft which occurred in the Friday Harbor area. The vehicle had already been recovered. Items were recovered from the vehicle. Investigation continues.
15-006840 Wanted Person 14:32:07 11/23/15
On 11-23 an off duty deputy spotted a wanted person on foot in Friday Harbor. He detained the suspect until the duty deputies could arrive and take the suspect into custody.
15-006841 Structure Fire 14:56:26 11/23/15
On 11/23/15 a SJC Sheriff Deputy Responded to a Structure Fire on Orcas Island. The cause of the fire has not yet been confirmed. The incident is under further investigation.

On 1124/15 the victim contacted the reporting deputy at the Sheriff’s Office in reference to a Fraud which occurred in the San Juan Island area. The victim received a notice from a sweepstakes that he was a winner. Included in the envelope was a check which the sender requested the victim cash and then send a

Deputies responded to the University Court Apartment complex for suspicious circumstances.
15-006855 Medical Emergency 18:18:23 11/24/15
On 11-24-15 at 1818 hours a Deputy in Friday Harbor received an assist agency. The Deputy assisted EMS with a person that had fallen into the water.
