Whether you have a few hours or want to be part of the whole festival week, there’s a role for you, and volunteers earn film admission, festival merchandise, and unforgettable memories along the way.

One of the things that sets FHFF apart is the opportunity to meet and hear directly from the filmmakers themselves—and this year, more than 50 filmmakers are coming to Friday Harbor. We’re seeking Filmmaker Hosts with qualified housing to help us welcome our visiting storytellers during Festival weekend. Open your home, make a personal connection, and become part of what makes the FHFF experience so special.
