Well, you would have thought it was all his…and in a way it is. Chef Zach Holley is the one who will be spending most of every school day using it to cook delicious breakfasts and lunches for our kids.
Last Friday, the big Lowe’s truck with driver David Long and HR Manager Jim Wilde appeared once again in front of the public school cafeteria delivering a brand new, beautiful Vulcan 12-burner gas range with two ovens and detachable grill. It’s almost too pretty to use.
Still to come in a couple of weeks will be two more much-needed items purchased with the Lowe’s Charitable and Education grant recently received: a new, energy efficient 6-well food holding and serving component and a new, much needed 3-door reach-in refrigerator. And it’s not over yet!

Hey Zach,
Good on you and your new equipment. Envy abounds!
This is awesome! Kudos to all who have worked so hard to create these important and well needed changes.
