Got questions for Your Conservation Land Bank? We want to hear from you! We will host a county wide public meeting on Thursday – October 24 from 6pm – 7:30 pm. We’ll kick off the meeting with a brief organizational update from staff. The remainder of the meeting will be open for questions from the public.

San Juan County’s Conservation Land Bank, funded by a 1% real estate excise tax paid by purchasers of property at closing, acquires and preserves areas in the county that have environmental, agricultural, aesthetic, cultural, scientific, historic, scenic, or low-intensity recreational value.
