Eagle Harbor staff repairs women’s restroom at Anacortes terminal

Thanks to our Eagle Harbor Maintenance Facility carpenter shop, the women’s restroom at our Anacortes terminal got an upgrade recently! After discovering some damage in there, the team did extensive work to improve the look and safety of the facility. They will tackle the men’s restroom next. Great job Eagle Harbor carpenter shop!

Service restoration update

Our latest biweekly Service Restoration Plan (PDF 794KB) Progress Report (PDF 612KB) shows our three restored routes well above our service reliability threshold of 95%. Our next run up for restoration, Edmonds/Kingston, was close at 91%. Unfortunately, we still do not have the crew availability to reliably restore full service on that route. Also of note, reliability increased from 64% to 88% on our Port Townsend/ Coupeville run as we are now operating on a regular one-boat schedule until May 14, 2023.

Customer kudos graphic

“Thanks @wsferries for finding and returning my wallet lost on the M/V Tacoma two weeks ago! Not sure how it fell out of my bike bag, but this might not be the first time that happened. (As my mother never tired of saying, ‘if your head wasn’t attached to your shoulders…’)”
