WSF makes schedule adjustments due to SJC Fair

Expect delays and long lines on the Anacortes/San Juan Islands route during the San Juan County Fair, Aug. 13–16, especially on the interisland route. If possible, travel earlier in the week or after the fair. 

To accommodate livestock trailers and vendors on the last day of the fair, we’re limiting reservation space on the 9:50 p.m. sailing from Friday Harbor to Anacortes on Sunday, Aug. 16.  

Due to the increase traffic, there is minimal public parking. Non-reservation holders may have a longer than normal wait time.

We’re also preparing for increased traffic by adding extra crew to the interisland vessel and coordinating with other transportation providers to quickly move crew between islands if needed.
