Pie in the Sky Adventures: From Inspiration to Publication
Teri and Don Murray, Orcas Island residents and authors of Pie in the Sky Adventures, will share their experiences of writing and producing their book—from memoir class, to writing in longhand at the kitchen table (“effortless and steady three days of writing”) to several years of work on the project, culminating in publication as an ebook and POD print this year!
The Murrays will describe the step by step details involved in transforming their memoir into published form—writing, re-writing, proofing, cover art, choosing a platform, formatting for the ebook and printed form, pricing and publication/marketing.
There will be plenty of opportunity for questions and answers.
