A wine tasting event is coming to Orcas!
On Saturday evening, June 6th, a wine tasting is being held as a fundraiser for Louise Sasan. All proceeds from this evening will go to financially support her battle against breast cancer.
This is a truly unique offering for our island. Chimo Boehm, a senior wine buyer for wine.com and local resident, along with wine experts from around Washington State, are presenting a wine and food trip around the world. Our local chefs and restaurants are preparing hors d’oeuvres to complement wines from some of the finest growing regions around the globe.
There will be a silent auction with services, art, accommodations, and goods all donated from our incredible community. Childcare is available at Kaleidoscope. Tickets are $30.00 per person and are available at Teezers, Rays, and Chez Chloe. The June 6th event is from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Episcopal Parish Hall on the Eastsound waterfront. Wine, food, music, friends and fun….come join us in giving back to an incredible woman!
