Four full days of entertainment !
The White Horse Celtic-style pub on the East Sound waterfront is ready to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day — and more — with all comers.
Starting on Saturday, March14, the Celtic Band “Fire Inside” from Anacortes will entertain pub guests, starting at 9 p.m.
Sunday, March 15, Orcas’ own Crow Valley String Band will begin tuning up their fiddles at 5 p.m. — perfect for families with kids!
On Monday, March 16, starting at 8 p.m., an Irish Open Mic will be hosted by Josh Brown. Come and play, sing and celebrate!
St. Patrick’s Day itself, March 17, the White Horse will be opening right after the parade is over “We will be asking for a voluntary dollar cover charge which will be donated to the Food Bank,” owner Shelbi Mattila-Patton says. “Last year we raised $147!
“I am sure we will be able to beat that amount! Along with all the great music we will be having for the holiday, we will be serving up corned beef and cabbage along with our regular menu and some other Irish dishes!”
The parting glass on St, Paddy’s celebrations can be raised after the Dust Bunnies perform, starting at 8 p.m. on Tuesday night.

Hope to see all the parade goers after the parade is over. I have plenty of Guinnes for every one to raise a pint!
