Tuesday, Feb. 14 is Voting Day. Your ballot must be postmarked today (the Post Office closes at 3 p.m.) or put in the drive-through voting box at the Senior Center by 8 p.m. to count.
Orcas is deciding on an $8 million school bond and on increasing the number of Orcas Fire and Rescue District Commissioners from 3 to 5 commissioners. Both of these measures require a percentage of registered voters to even be counted.
So whatever you decide, vote TODAY so that your opinion is considered.
