Winterlings and Solvents at Doe Bay — Doe Bay hosts two bands from the Olympic Peninsula starting at 7 p.m. The Winterlings, a band out of Port Angeles, and The Solvents, a band from Port Townsend. This show will either be held outside on the Café patio stage or in the yoga studio, so make your dinner reservations early! Call 376-8059.

Farmers Market from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Eastsound Village Green. Come explore the bounty of Orcas Island.  Saturdays May – October.  Don’t miss all the great vendors, sharing the bounty of their crop … or creative endeavors!

Art Auction Donations accepted at the Public Library for the Library Fair.

Olga Daze 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Parade at noon, festivities and music all day. Yard Sale; a Silent Auction with many services and articles on which to bid, including Fine Art, Jewelry, Whale Watching, Kayaking, and Cafe Olga Blackberry Pie!  Hot dogs, Italian sausage, baked potatoes, and strawberry shortcake. All day live music including JP and the Rhythm Boys; bake sale with our famous maple bars. The Quilt raffle and Silent Auction bidding will close at 2:30 pm

Bison Bash Historical Museum fundraiser See the Antiquus Bison skull fossil at the very locale where it was discovered in Olga, and have a great time to boot with  live music by Gene Nery & Martin Lund, and catering by the Orcas Store.  Three visiting expert scientists will be on hand to discuss the significance of this very rare find, which has completely challenged the archeological theories.  4 to 7 p.m. Come enjoy a beautiful repast on a summer evening by the pond! $100 per ticket with generous discount available thanks to an anonymous donor.
