* WHAT…Southeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.
* WHERE…Admiralty Inlet Area, San Juan County, Western Skagit County, Western Whatcom County, and Everett and Vicinity.
* WHEN…From 2 PM Friday to 5 AM PDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS…Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
